Younger women may still read this  magazine but not as much as the older women that it's aimed at. The story content might get other people to pick up the magazine. The oppositional audience is men as it doesn't appeal to them, as some traditional people may not do things that women typically do. These magazine often have a web link that offers a cross conversions. There are recipes that are in the magazine that may offer a famous chef recipes. There is also a fashion section in the magazine that my have someone famous modelling the clothes. There are more cross conversions like the health workers, and dieting. There is colloquial language making it less formal tilting more towards the gossip side. The story content may get other people to pick up the magazine, not just women.
